The Brazilian footballer Alex Telles has been praised for his impressive performance in the recent Copa Libertadores match against Santos FC, scoring two goals and helping the team to victory.
Telles was named as one of the top scorers of the tournament, with both goals coming in the second half. He scored the first goal in the 67th minute, after he had received a free kick from Santos defender Jairo de Paula.
After the goal, Telles took the ball into his own box and then played it back into the penalty area, where he converted it to give Brazil the lead. The following goal came just five minutes later, when he received a pass from teammate Raphael Guerreiro and ran past Santos goalkeeper Thiago Silva before slotting home the winner.
Telles also contributed to Brazil's other goal in the game,Chinese Super League Matches which came in the 91st minute when he scored the winning goal through a corner kick that went in off the crossbar.
Despite the impressive performances, Telles admitted that there were some difficult moments during the match. However, he said that he was happy to have been able to contribute to the team's success.
"Being able to help my country win is something I always strive for," Telles said. "It's great to be playing at such a high level, especially for someone who hasn't played for so long."
